There are dumber things I could do (cough, cough.... fall off a ladder, cough) to get a photo, but there are some sights I couldn't pass up. Driving to the other side of the Mississippi River is something I don't get to do  often. So when I had to run an errand to Algiers, it becomes an opportunity to get some shots I'd probably never get otherwise.
